What is Matus?

Who is it for?
Any business that gets enquiries and needs to turn them into booked appointments and sales, from sole operators to sales teams.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial so you can use the full platform before you pay.
Why do you need my card for the trial, and when am I charged?
Your card is saved securely by Stripe when you sign up, and nothing is charged during the trial. Your first payment is taken at the end of day 7, then monthly after that.
What if I decide it isn't for me?
Cancel before your trial ends and you won't be charged. Email admin@earngmedia.com and we'll take care of it.
How quickly can I get started?
A couple of minutes. Once you sign up your account is created straight away, and a setup guide inside it walks you through connecting everything.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Matus is built for busy teams, the setup guide is step by step, and our support assistant and team are there if you get stuck.
Can I bring my existing contacts?
Yes. You can import your customers and leads from a spreadsheet during setup.
Can I keep my current phone number?
In most cases, yes. We can help you move your existing number across, or set you up with a new one for texts and calls.
Does it work with the tools I already use?
Yes. Matus connects with Google and Outlook calendars, Facebook and Instagram messages, Google Business Profile and Stripe, with more available in the app marketplace.
Will the AI agents sound like my business?
