How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial of the full plan. You add your card when you sign up and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
When will I be charged?
At the end of day 7, then every month or every year depending on the billing you chose. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Is my card safe?
Yes. When you add a card, it is entered on Stripe's secure page and stored by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down a plan at any time by emailing admin@earngmedia.com, and we'll adjust your billing from your next payment.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Monthly billing is charged each month and you can cancel any time. Yearly billing is paid once for the year up front.
Are there any extra costs?
Your plan covers the platform. Usage such as text messages, phone calls, emails and AI is charged at the rates shown in your account, so you only pay for what you send.
Which plan should I choose?
Starter suits businesses that mainly need a CRM, pipeline and follow-up. Growth adds bookings, reviews, web chat and the AI chat agent. Managed is for teams who want us to build and run it with them.
How do I cancel?
Email admin@earngmedia.com and we'll cancel it for you. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
